Grief is a deeply personal journey, and no one should have to navigate it alone. This virtual grief support group offers a compassionate and supportive space for adults who are coping with the loss of a loved one. This group provides a safe environment to share, connect, and heal alongside others who understand the pain of grief–regardless of if your loss was recent or long ago. You will explore ways to process emotions, honor your loved ones, and find a path forward.
When:
- Every Tuesday, 6:30 PM – 8 PM EST
Where:
- Telehealth (video conferencing sessions)
Other Details:
– For individuals aged 18 and older who have experienced the death of a loved one.
– This is an ongoing and open group, where new members can start and discontinue their attendance at any time.
– Group participants must be in New York at the time of services.
– Group is facilitated by therapist Liora Bogin, MHC-LP.
– Individuals are first scheduled a 60-minute intake appointment (video) with the group facilitator before they are eligible to join weekly group therapy sessions.
– We accept some insurance plans. Please contact our office to find out if your insurance plan will provide coverage for this group.
