Rebuilding After Loss: A Virtual Grief Support Group

Losing someone you love can leave you feeling lost, overwhelmed, or alone, with pain that might be hard to explain to others. But healing doesn’t have to be something you face on your own. This virtual grief support group offers a comforting space to share your experiences, connect with others, and find support as you navigate the grieving process. Meeting weekly, this group provides practical tools to help you cope with bereavement, care for yourself while grieving, and honor your loved one as you work toward healing. Together, we’ll create a supportive community to guide you through this challenging time. The group meets via video conferencing.
