Mental Health Counseling Intern
Using principles of person-centered and cognitive therapy, Hannah strives to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where her clients feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges. Using a strengths-based approach and evidence-based interventions, she fosters collaborative relationships that help clients recognize and leverage their innate abilities to achieve personal goals. She believes deeply in meeting clients where they are, honoring their role as the experts of their own lives. With a holistic perspective, Hannah helps clients nurture both their inner and outer worlds, acknowledging the profound connection between social life and mental health.
Hannah is a mental health counseling intern in her final year of her master’s degree program in Mental Health Counseling at Pace University. She has a background in education and advocacy, with a focus on empowerment and social-emotional learning, which shape her clinical approach.
