Liora Bogin, B.S.

Mental Health Counseling Intern

Liora is deeply committed to collaborating with her clients on forging new paths towards mental health and well-being. She looks at all therapy through the lens of positive psychology and believes that everyone has innate and unique strengths. Liora’s goal is to help her clients identify and lean into those strengths by using a blend of empathy, understanding, and evidence-based practices tailored to each unique person. She believes in the power of vulnerability and open communication in therapy, as this often leads to self-discovery. Through her non-judgmental and collaborative style, Liora creates a safe space for clients of all ages, genders, and sexual orientations to explore their challenges, themselves, and their deep potential for self-efficacy, self-actualization and self-love.

Liora is a mental health counseling intern at Northeast Psychological Wellness and is in her final year of obtaining her master’s degree at Pace University. She has honed her skills through a diverse range of experiences in educational and research settings and in volunteering as a crisis counselor.
